1. Scope of Service

N.C. Enterprise Hub operates as a dual-channel distribution entity. These terms govern both our Wholesale B2B Hub (for registered retailers and distributors) and our Nummy Bakery Shop B2C Portal (for direct consumers).

2. B2B Wholesale Eligibility & Logistics

Wholesale pricing and bulk distribution services are restricted to verified business entities within the Biswanath district and surrounding areas of Assam.

• Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding contract.
• A formal quote will be issued based on current stock and logistics feasibility.
• Delivery Fees: Hub Delivery charges start from ₹500 and above, calculated based on the distance from our central facility in Borghuli.

3. B2C Retail Sales

Retail purchases through the Nummy Bakery Shop are available to the general public. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable retail taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery for retail orders is subject to local availability within our specified delivery zones.

4. Pricing and Taxation

All wholesale prices are subject to GST at the prevailing rate (standard 18%). While we strive for accuracy, N.C. Enterprise reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of manufacturer price changes or market fluctuations.

5. Quality and Returns

As a distributor of perishable bakery goods and beverages, we maintain strict FSSAI standards.

• Wholesale: Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery. Claims for damages must be noted immediately on the delivery manifest.
• Retail: Due to the fresh nature of our bakery products, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken or after delivery is completed, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions through this portal are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Biswanath Chariali, Assam.
