These terms govern the Wholesale B2B Hub (for verified retailers and distributors) and the Retail Shop Portal (for direct consumers). By accessing our registry or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these standardized protocols.

Wholesale pricing and replenishment services are restricted to verified business entities within Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

• Submission of a "Wholesale Inquiry" represents a request for quotation and does not constitute a binding transaction until a formal Bill is generated.
• Hub Logistics: Standard delivery fees start from ₹500, optimized based on distance from our primary production center in Borghuli or our node in Rajgarh.
• Verification Protocol: High-value inquiries (above ₹20,000) may trigger automatic registry verification for new partners.

All prices in the wholesale catalog are shown as base rates. GST is calculated at the prevailing rate (standard 18% for beverages, 5% for bakery) and will be clearly itemized on your formal digital invoice. N.C. Enterprise reserves the right to synchronize pricing with manufacturing cost adjustments.

As an FSSAI-licensed unit, we maintain strict artisan quality controls. For wholesale batches, partners must verify stock integrity at the point of Hub delivery. Due to the fresh-baked nature of our inventory, returns are restricted to verified production defects reported within 24 hours of delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions through this digital hub are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Biswanath Chariali, Assam.
